Home buyers

We have many programs and products available for homebuyers.
Conventional- minimum 620 FICO, need 3% down payment,
FHA- 500 minimum FICO, need 10% down payment; or above 580 FICO, 3.5% down. FHA allows for higher Debt To Income ratio.
VA- no minimum FICO or down payment.
USDA- 600 min FICO with no minimum down payment (rural areas only).
We also have non QM and ITIN.
**Borrowers may not have more than one 30 day+ late payment in 12 months or 2 in 24 months.
**2 year employment and 2 year residential history.
